Guidelines for Poster Presentation Application

Application Period

Until Wednesday, April 30, 2025

Eligibility

Only those who have completed their conference registration are eligible to submit a poster abstract.
If you have not registered yet, please complete the pre-registration first.

Application Procedure

1. Please complete the pre-registration before applying for poster presentation.

Once your pre-registration is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
The “Registration ID” stated in the confirmation email is required when submitting your poster abstract.

2. Poster applications will be accepted only through the online registration system.

Please download the “Abstract Template” from the link below and upload it via the system.
After registering your abstract or making any revisions, an automatic confirmation email will be sent from the system. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, your registered email address may be incorrect. In that case, contact the secretariat via email.

3. Abstract Preparation Instructions

Please save your abstract using Microsoft Office Word 2007 or later.
Name the file as: Abstract_YourName.docx
Limit the abstract to one A4 page (refer to the PDF below)
Margins: Top 25mm, Bottom 20mm, Left/Right 20mm
The abstract should be written in English in the following order:
Title, Author, Co-Author, Affiliation, Abstract

⇒Please insert superscript numbers after the presenter’s name to indicate their affiliation.

Font Specifications:
- Title: Arial, 18pt, bold
- Author, Co-Author: Arial, 14pt, bold
- Affiliation: Arial, 12pt
- Abstract Body: Times New Roman, 12pt
If you need to make changes after submission, please contact the secretariat at: 15agw@pacmice.jp

Important Notes

The uploaded file will be used as-is for the printed abstract booklet, so please ensure there are no typographical or formatting errors.
Please note that no revisions will be accepted after the deadline.

Abstract Review Process

All submitted poster abstracts will be reviewed, and acceptance decisions will be based on the content.
Notification of results will be sent approximately one week after the submission deadline.
